At the conclusion of this course the participant should be able to:

  1. Describe the epidemiology and pathophysiology of dental erosion

  2. Identify the behaviors that have been identified as "high risk" in the development of dental erosion

  3. Describe other common causes of tooth structure loss - Bruxism, Abrasion and Attrition, and their relevance to dental erosion

  4. Describe the clinical signs and symptoms of erosion
